    This is my favorite crossword app for years but all of a sudden it has been having problems. Please look into this before I lose all of my months of doing it everyday.. Thank you This is the second time in the last couple of months regarding having problem with this game.i just did the 3 daily crosswords and the last two are not showing that I finished the completion of the game..and I cannot see the 250 games that I have not missed in 250 days! Please would you look into this. Thank you!

    There are so many bugs in this app it’s hard to not just delete it and be done. It hangs up & freezes very often. Sometimes it will work if you shut down your IPad and restart but often times it doesn’t.

    Game has been hanging up for a for two and a half months, even though it has been updated and reinstalled. They have also not done a single update in all this time. Contacting support is totally useless.

    Since the reply I got when asking Zynga Support about this was so inane, I figured I would put it here and see if it gets a better answer. I am such a long time player of this game that I have nearly completed all of the past puzzles back to the beginning of 2013. And that’s where the problem arises. I recently began seeing puzzles on my home page from 2012. When I click on them they are unplayable. The reason is because when I try to access them via the calendar, 2012 does not exist. But yet I continue to see puzzles with those dates on my home page. And when I click on one with a 2012 date, it just tells me the puzzle is unavailable and can’t be downloaded. It’s obviously a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. When I sent this same problem to Zynga Support, I basically got back an answer telling me I should just force-close the app - and how to accomplish that. So, we will see if the problem gets any more attention or a better solution because of my review. Other than the problem I’ve spelled out here, this is a great game.

    I have played this game for years and years. Lately there have been too many ads. I even paid for a subscription and it was ridiculous. Also to get coins you have to tap the icon 8-10 times to get coins. “Ads not available” pops up that many times and it is ridiculous. Extremely disappointed. When my subscription runs out in October I will be deleting over 7 years of archives. So frustrated. It’s not worth it anymore.

    I enjoy the puzzles but my app often doesn’t give me the points I’m supposed to have when I watch the Free videos ads. Also, my app often freezes up and I have to delete it and re-download it.
