  • Customer service needs to stop using AI

    I’ve had the misfortune of attempting to reach out to customer service on snap and it was a horrible experience for me. It took over 20 days for them to pass the buck to another platform. It was unprofessional, unexpected, and the lack of customer service makes this particular issue a concern.

    Growing very tired of the constant crashes. Amazing game but have lost many matches due to crashes over and over and over. Please fix so the game can be enjoyed to its fullest

  • Beware of Cheater Bots

    Game confirmed to contain bots that are guaranteed to beat you, even new players run into these. Also, new players have a hard time finding quality matches once you hit infinite rank in a season. At that point you start facing players with 10k plus collection level that you can’t beat and conquest queues average 4+ minutes.

    This game has an exciting concept and can be a blast when things go right. The fast-paced gameplay and creative deck-building are highly engaging. However, the matchmaking system leaves much to be desired. It often feels like every ranked match is against a direct counter to the deck I’m using, leading to frustrating losing streaks. Worse yet, connection issues occasionally cause lag, costing matches even when I’m in a strong position. When it works, it’s great, but the inconsistency makes the overall experience a mix of fun and frustration.

    Kinda a pay to win game honestly think there should be more then six turns plus none of the attributes get applied to my cards even though i played the exact same cards as my opponent yet they will have 46 and i got 16 attack points make that make sense better only thing really great about this game is the artistic cards you can collect do better at making games especially if its good a great player base

  • Good idea ruined by dev who have no love for the game play

    It’s one of the most interesting card games I’ve played in a while but it is abundantly clear that the developer have no love for the gameplay or concept …. They nerf easily acquirable strong cards so you spend money and get the latest card with are broken. Then after a few months they nerf those to facilitate buying newer cards. If the devs loved the game even 1% of how much they love money this would be the best card game ever.

    This game is fun but has too many bugs and issues such as not allowing you to play cards on certain turns and trying to make you reconnect to games that are already finished. And the support team is a joke, they ask for the same details over and over and never actually do anything to fix your issues. Garbage game.
