    Was told to update now I have 2 piles of the same color but can’t put them together for some reason. I’m also getting the option to pick colors at the end of each level again. I’m well into level 2,000+. Edit: I had to once again delete the game and lose all of my progress just to figure out why I was still getting acorns. Come to find out it’s for Fall Season 2! The least you could do is find a way for your players to save their progress in the game in case they have to delete and reinstall the game.

    I really liked this game for a while. It was a relaxing thing to focus on when I get anxious. However, after one of the newer updates, it just straight up frustrating. TWICE now I have purchased the season pass upgrade, only to have the event/reward redemption area disappear the next day even though the event should have still been available for some time. The first time, I assumed it was a simple glitch due to the timing of my purchase. I wasn’t too concerned, but still sent a message to the support team about what happened. Never heard back and forgot until the newest event started up. I purchased the upgrade for this one just to see what happened— gone again. On top of this, the app forces me to watch ads to add card types that I DO NOT want! The only way to bypass that screen is to either completely exit the app or use the in-app home icon to go back to the level select screen. Either way, if you had any partially filled card stacks in the foundation area, those cards with disappear without being counted. I’m pretty sure I paid for no ads at some point in the past, but I’m not sure. Still, being forced into ads so frequently is really, really annoying.

    This game has worked wonders for my ADHD. I have been legit obsessed with this game, so much so that I paid to remove ads. I have also paid for tickets and the Season Pass. However, the Season Ladder has disappeared, the daily gift is gone. The added cards have been a horrible addition as you have no way of declining them, so you have to hit the home button in the middle of play and then go back in to play again. It’s annoying and time consuming. The new cards are just a nuisance. My kid loved to bring the stacks down, but the forced additional cards have made it too complicated for a 3 year old. I truly don’t want to stop playing this game as I have invested so much into it (time and money). But…it is getting to the point where it’s just not fun anymore.

    I have absolutely loved this game, but with the new textured cards added to the same deck, there is NO ROOM for sorting! I don’t want to use magnets all the time as the fun is in sorting them yourself. I even paid to have the ads removed as I loved it so much. Fix it or I quit!

    Ever since the update when more cards were added instead of more decks, it’s not a fun and relaxing game anymore. You end up having too many types of cards and not enough spaces to sort them out. I paid for no ads and now with the new types of cards I feel like I’m watching ads more than playing the game. Now there’s not enough spots to even sort everything out and you’re getting stuck and I’m not about to keep watching ads just to play, that’s what I paid for, not to not have to do. So when the new card type comes up, I just go to the homepage and then hit play again so I don’t have to have the new types of cards. It’s actually ridiculous. I was playing it every single day and now I’m gonna start getting bored with it. It’s too bad. It was my favorite game to play

    I loved this game and played it every day until the recent update where you added a whole bunch of new cards and now there are so many more cards than there are slots and I have to constantly blow up stacks to make room which I absolutely hate doing.

    no place to redeem acorns, being forced to watch ads to get new patterns that look almost the same as old ones, we used to have 1000 card storage and now we only have 500... this game really fell off to become a money grab instead of a facially good game. had this game for years but i can't stand being forced to watch or force close the game at the end of each level to get a card that looks the same as the other ones.

    I have sent “support” 2 messages explaining what is wrong with the game. Nothing has been done! Cards of the exact same color are not stacking up. I currently have 5 sets of stacks that will not match up. Soon I won’t even be able to play cause all the spots are filled with cards that will not match. Hope you fix it SOON otherwise I will delete the game since I can’t play!

    I love this game, but I finally open the last level with the flowers and I cannot play! It doesn’t let me move or stack up the cards accordingly… so much work to get there to not be able to play… that’s ridiculous…

    I used to love this game, I even paid to have no ads but then suddenly that payment was no longer being honored. I tried to reach out to support numerous times with no answer and no resolution to a legitimate concern. Do not make any in app purchases they clearly will not honor them.
