Literally refused to send a confirmation email when it says I require one. I’ve tried two separate emails.

First, you have to call the island transit dispatch line in order to set up an account as the sign up button in the app does not work. Then, in order to book any trips, you have to use the exact address locations of the preset stops in the area. The only way to get these stops to show up is if you search"ITOD" and the zone number and then select from the stops that show up. For example, to find stops in zone 6, you need to search "itod 6". The only way to know that you are supposed to do that is to call and ask someone.
