    Can’t pause without reloading page and unmuting sound; can’t watch the final seconds of an episode because the next episode overrides it; hard to peruse content; have to re-find series you’ve already been watching; subtitles and audio not coordinated; and more … Hallmark, I like your content. Why not do a decent job of streaming it?

    I love the Hallmark shows and movies but playback on this app is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine but sometimes it pauses every couple of seconds. I have tried many things to try to fix it but it still happens.

    I do not like that we pay to watch hallmark movies yet they delete scenes out of the movies. I am a avid Christmas movie watcher. I want to see the whole movie. Yes I watch them over and over so I know if scenes are deleted.

    I’m enjoying the movies and shows on both my phone and fire stick. But when it completely signs me out (FireStick) on a regular basis, it is frustrating.

    I’m going to show my age and say that I would love to see some of the original Hallmark Hall of Fame Movies from the past. They’re not necessarily romantic comedies, but dramas that could be considered classics. And there are happy endings and love stories among them!

  • Disappointed won’t connect my rewards

    So you need to allow manual entry of rewards number. I can’t access the benefits as my email for rewards is different than the one I signed up for with the app so long ago. The ability to add the rewards number should be enabled for this reason. I am not changing my email on either account. So please fix this issue. Still waiting for this to be fixed to allow the update. I am considering canceling asa result of. Or being able to take advantage of the benefits. After all why can others get them But I can’t because the developers can’t think that someone may need to manually enter information. Uh hello. Make it user friendly.

  • Navigation needs work

    I love the content & really like the app with one exception. Navigating from a show back to the Home Screen or the timeline within a show is extremely difficult on a tablet because of the placement & size of these controls. The minimize icon is small & buried in the corner. The ability to fast forward on a slide scale is basically non existent on a tablet if you have any kind of case, again because of placement. So, love the app, like the content, please think about making navigation easier to use. One item to add, there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove expired items from Downloads. How can I remove the items that are still listed here but are expired?
