Paid for premium and still asks me to pay every time I do everything and makes me watch an ad to do it despite having paid for premium

I absolutely love this app, it’s really cute but it keeps wanting to to pay a subscription and I’ve already done it 😭 it won’t let me see my little guy otherwise

POV of me: -have autism and see cute game for stimulation. -download game -open game and get soft-locked into subscription -finally find way to access free version -get barraged with ads -bring up subscription service -buy subscription service thinking it would remove ads, give me the daily ball and have more pets -yearly subscription service bought and went through -open app back up -still get barraged with ads and asked to buy subscription service -tapped on restore and says it restored my purchase -tap on play tab -tap on the ball -prompt then says I don’t have access to it bc u can only get it through the premium subscription service (which I bought) -tap on watch ad to get it but I can’t bc u can only get the ball through the premium subscription service (WHICH I HAVE ALREADY) -still get ads -tap on market cuz I want to buy a pet -can’t buy another part otherwise I will lose my current pet -swipe out of game -no pet at top of bar -unsubscribe and will be asking for a refund bc even after pressing restore option for subscription nothing changes and nothing happens -do not waste ur time.

I wanted to try the three day free trial. Immediately after double clicking to confirm my free trial a $48.98 charge notification from Apple popped up on my screen. This is some thing I see every time I pay for a subscription outright. I have also taken the time and confirmed that I have no other subscription that would’ve charged that. I did not want to post a review but couldn’t seem to find an email for customer service help. I am requesting that immediately.

Literally can’t do anything as it’s locked behind a pay wall. I get free universal food to feed your pet at least for the limited version you can get it from watching ads but… ITS DOESNT LET YOU UNLESS YOU GET THE PREMIUM VERSION!!!. All in all this is a crap app and try’s to rob you anyway it can. I haven’t even go to try the other things but I bet it’s luso locked… I’m uninstalling this app right now. 😑

Does not reflect what advertising for the app shows when you actually download and subscribe. It charged me $9.99 and still get an ad every action you take in app. I just wanted the little pet at the top of my phone, it was too good to be true…

I paid for the yearly subscription and it’s saying I didn’t. Even though it shows in my subs. It worked for a few days then stopped. Fix this please.

I purchased it but still flooded with ads . Thought was so cute and I love the idea but not to watch all the ads after I decided to buy , tried to delete and redownload and restore purchase still didn’t work … . I definitely requested a refund .

Yes.. it’s s cool game. BUT when it asks you to pay there is no exit button so u have to restart the game.. Don’t know if it’s only me but I don’t like it. But it’s a good game just besides that part in my opinion.

i get the game has to make their own money, but i could barely even do anything on the app because an ad popped up every five seconds. deleted.
