    I have been following Noelle for years on IG and see her personality but on this app, it’s very cut and dry. I just started using and don’t feel energized about it, maybe it’s just the program I am working out with. You can tell she is just reading a script line between every set with no motivation behind the sets as you go lol.

    I pre purchased the app before it launched, and I’m really glad I did. I don’t like going to the gym, and this app is much more affordable than any gyms near me anyway. I love that it is like having a personal trainer at home motivating me through the workouts. It’s easy to use, and the amount of workout content is impressive. I do wish there was a macro calculator on there where we could input what we are eating that isn’t on the menu provided. Other than that it’s a wonderful app!

    I joined this months challenge and I have nothing but great things to say about this app! To start off $15 a month is so cheap for what you get out of this! I love that every workout is already planned for me and I just show up and do the work. Every workout has a video explaining how to do it. There’s nutritional advice and recipes for meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The best part of this is the community you share with the women as there is a raise chat that is very inspiring and motivational. I would highly recommend anybody from all fitness levels try this out.

    I began using the app today and I absolutely love all the workouts available along with the challenges you can do. Very much worth it! Not to mention you receive coaching guidance, meal examples and a balance for meditation & women’s talk

    I have been following Noel since she was pregnant with Zander. I would have to say this is the worst workout routine she has put out. I went through the exercise and I’m not interested in performing any of them. Some of the videos say 52 exercises, but there are only 5 done 52 times.

    Love the app just wish for more ability to adjust schedule. I would like to be able to follow the path without having to dedicate certain days. Same with the food, having a hard time on how to get back to a meal.

    I have been following Noelle for quite some time and used her on the Foreward app. I was very excited when the Raize app was launched and I was able to get a really good deal. I am not 100% satisfied with the app because of its nutrition limitations. You cannot customize your macros. They automatically calculate them and also give you a specific meal plan. The plan is so specific that they tell you what to eat and cook, but do not give you the option to log your own food if you choose not to partake in their menu. They were kind enough to adjust my caloric goal which in turn adjusted my macros, but the protein goal is way too low. I asked if they could adjust and they said not specific macros. I realize I can’t use this app for nutrition and that’s a shame because nutrition is so important. Another issue I they they don’t have many workouts listed as medium with weights with Noelle, which is who I prefer to work out with. She is the reason I purchased the app. I will use the app for a bit more until I find another person I like as much as Noelle. It’s not an app I can not recommend.

    Update: As I continue to use the app, I noticed I cannot adjust the workout days that are set and I lose my workout streak😭... like if on a Tuesday I cannot make it to the gym or workout I cannot move that Tuesday workout to Wednesday at all. This means that for that week my entire workout streak will be off and the workouts will show in red the days I didn't do them when scheduled. The other thing I noticed is that Noelle's previous app had an option during her workouts where you can select to do a modified version (i.e the workout said to do barbell deadlifts, the modified will have you do dumbbell deadlifts). I want to really love the app, but the limitations are holding me back. I hope this is something that's taken into consideration when updating the app and its features 💖🙏🏼 I think the app concept is great with what it's trying to offer (podcasts, soundscapes, etc). However, it does still need a lot of work and more content. There are a few bug issues needing fixing, the calendar on the profile section is off by one day, the health synchronization is also off with the steps and calories burned. The content is very much beginner friendly but I feel like those of us who have followed Noelle (recently Vicky) need more of the gym content. There's a whole bunch of programs to choose from, yet only one program for the gym girlies?! I loved Noelle's previous app and I felt I was building and getting a strong body so it was pretty disappointing seeing only one gym option. Having the community tab in Noelle's previous app where women came together to support and uplift one another in our daily workouts and life was great and is a feature in the Raize app that was such a missed opportunity. Not only that but the opportunity to be able to track our weight progress on each exercise is a huge miss on this. The meal plans/ideas are pretty good though and so delicious! This review is not to discourage people from subscribing or to hate or bring down what Noelle and Vicky have created, but to have the quality provided to us who love what Noelle and Vicky do! I'll continue to support them, but the app does need work! 💖
