Description

The Halloween Prank app, together with a spare Bluetooth speaker, will level-up the experience trick-or-treaters have when they visit your home. As they head down the path to your door, the app will play a humorous count of the visitors (think Sesame Street), a horror-movie scream, or a beastly roar. Ensure your place is the one people will talk about this year! It's so easy to be this spooky. All you need to do is pair your phone to a Bluetooth speaker, place this speaker next to the path (in plants or decorations works best), exit any other apps on your phone that might make a noise, then position the phone so that it is plugged into a charger and that the camera points at the path that visitors have to walk down to get to your door. Then wait for the laughter and screams! Try out all three Halloween-themed sound options to see what best suits your decorations and neighborhood. Tapping the red button moves between the options: "123" is the count, the animal paw is the roar, and the open eyes is the scream. The red button also shows a count of how many people are visible to the camera at any time. Use this app ONLY for Halloween fun, and decorate the path so people know to expect a Halloween experience before they visit. Note that the app has features that limit it frightening people. Every 10 seconds, the torch on the app will flash so that people nearby will know its position, and the speaker will make a soft sound so that people will know that it is there. Every 30 minutes, the app will announce that it is the Halloween Prank app so that people living nearby can tell what is happening. Tips: (i) ensure that the camera isn't seeing people walking past and only sees people on your path, (ii) fully-charge your Bluetooth speaker first, and turn its volume WAY UP, and (iii) turn on a light if it starts to get dark as the app doesn't work in darkness. Have fun!
