Love all the options and how easy it is to use! Thanks GoPro

I've used splice for many many years now. One day it simply changed. A lot of the features that were available were removed and now they charge for everything. I understand the app needs to be profitable, but its not nice to remove access from users who were already on the platform for many years. And now, the sales are so pushy, it just makes me not want to use the app at all. Its a shame…

This app use to be great but without warning they updated it and you can’t download a video at all unless you want to pay $9.99 a week or $119.99 a year! INSANITY!!! It is completely useless unless you get the pro subscription and it’s waaaay too expensive if you don’t regularly make videos. AND it limits the amount of videos you can have saved without the subscription. 😡I won’t be using it anymore and seeking another free video editing app. What a disappointment especially since I have used it for over 6years and it use to be so good.

I’m not sure what happened recently but the app will not work after multiple attempts. I am paying for this app so please fix it!

Suddenly, it gets automatically updated and wants to charge *$10 A WEEK* just to use transitions and change a clips speed. These are such basic features to gate behind such a high price, and the fact that they won’t even let me export my old projects that have “Pro Features” (like basic transitions and Ken Burns effect) feels predatory. Stop killing your software with such extreme greed, or at least just stop holding my edits hostage long enough for me to save them somewhere else before this app dies. Because seriously, you’re kidding yourself if you think anyone is willing to pay over $500 a year for a basic editing software like this. Get real.

My first time using this app and it will be my last I spent an hour editing my video just to get to the end and try to add some music for it to not work. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times and it still gives me the same error, all the songs I’ve bought still say buy next to them and the songs in my library don’t work

I've been using this app since I was a kid, and it was my first introduction to filmmaking. Over the years, I have always rated it five stars—until now. They've added AI editing, which the app didn't need, and are using it as a reason to charge a monthly subscription. On top of that, the app now lags, stutters, and overheats your phone like never before. It's really disappointing to see this app decline, and it genuinely upsets me.
