I really enjoy this app. I’m on my 9th day streak and I have written 8 letters & 34 responses. Yes, there is a subscription but you don’t have to buy it. If one ad every so often bugs you that much, then that’s a you problem lol (It’s an ad that you can almost immediately click out of. It’s really nothing.) I’ve gotten a lot of responses on my letters, all of which have been helpful (aside from a select few which you can report) and this app has really grown to be a safe haven for me. Critique: - I wish I could write 2 letters a day. I really don’t mind waiting, but it does get a little annoying. -Or maybe we can refresh letters twice a day instead of once. - MOST IMPORTANTLY!! I wish there was an easier way to see all of the responses you’ve gotten on your letters. For example, when I click on a letter I’ve written, I wish I could just scroll down and see every response. Instead, it just shows me my letter and then I have to search my inbox for each separate response. It is pretty inconvenient when I want to reread what people have said. Other than that, I really love this app. Keep it up! 🧡

Honestly I don’t write reviews often but this one really needs to be done. You can’t honestly expect people to pay 7.99$ a WEEK for this right? You have such an amazing concept for so many hurt and broken people with no where to turn but then want to screw them for all they are worth just trying to get something off their chest. Honestly you should be ashamed. I’ve seen free apps with better everything. This could be such a cool idea and help so many people but the pay block just ruins it.

I was just writing a response to someone- they were having a very serious problem that I had also experienced and I was sharing my thoughts and how I had handled the situation with them. I was in the middle of a sentence when I accidentally hit the send button. I was in the middle of a sentence and was talking about something very important. There is no way to go back. No way to contact the person other than making a friend request. She was really having a hard time with her situation and I wanted to help but couldn’t go back and finish what I was saying. I upgraded and paid for the app thinking I would get more options and maybe be able to edit my letter. As far as I can tell there is NO difference between paid and free? If there is a difference I haven’t found it yet. So there is a girl out there reading my weird half of a letter wondering what the heck I was talking about. I feel so bad for her and embarrassed for me. I was really enjoying it before that.

App is allright/can be helpful to read other peoples notes; to not feel alone in struggling. My 2 issues are: 1. There’s no option to not have the “how are you feeling” popup when you open the app for the first time everyday. Which is annoying. (There really needs to be an option to disable it) 2. Ads So every 3 letters reading an ad pops up (luckily you can just exit and re enter the app to avoid watching it) It’s just sooooo unnesesary (I hate ads that aren’t opt in, and are forced😠)

Will not allow me to respond back to friends

The app is supposed to be for 18+, but there’s no many younger users that are asking questions, and you can tell or they put their age within the questions. I feel like this is potentially dangerous and that there should be more safety precautions/measures put it place to prevent this from happening.

This app is incredibly useful to me right now as I am not ready for opening up to the people in my life, but now I can open up without actually letting anyone know about my issues My one and only gripe with this app is the reaction stickers. It is so so so so so so so so so frustrating to pour my entire heart and soul out only to receive a notification that “biscuitman69 sent a reaction!” Personally it’s getting to the point where it’s flat out obnoxious and invalidating even though I know that’s not the intention. I’m sure the person means well when they’re send it, but it pisses me off so much. I honestly would rather have my letter ignored completely than to have an orange heart or a four leaf clover plastered all over it. Apart from that one specific thing, app functions really well. I’ve had really good and meaningful interactions with others on there and I like to think I helped some people out on there. Sincerely has a LOt of good potential

I downloaded this app as just a way to vent. Now I truly enjoy it. The amount of support I’ve received from people is incredible. It’s helped me get through a tough period in my life. I couldn’t be more thankful for the people who gave me so much encouragement and love ❤️

as the name says. i like it a lot, but it's still got a bunch of bugs. i've had a response in my inbox that i can't read for days now, because it won't let me see it. needs some work, but enjoyable when it works properly

to whoever made this. thank you. i don’t have people i can talk to but this has made it easier for me to get things that’s been weighing on me off my chest. i don’t feel like im drowning in my thoughts anymore.
